"Tenbako" (Plastic cases) ED series

Electrostatic discharging box to protect printed circuit boards, electronic components, and liquid crystal from electrostatic damage.

• A special material based on polypropylene and electrically conductive substance, with surface resistant values of 10⁶Ω and under (applied voltage DC500V).
• Withholds semipermanent electric conductivity and is barely affected by humidity.
• Excellent in elasticity and corrosion resistance. Stacking features prevent cargo shifting.

A product designed to protect electronic substrates from electrostatic charges and to distribute them safely and efficiently. Characteristics

• Use by attaching to molded containers or corrugated plastic boxes.
• The wavelike grooves will hold the substrates, leaving no damage to mounted components.
• Grooves can be adjusted by 4mm pitches.
